Pre: Co: Elect: APPETIZERS, SOUPS, AND MAIN COURSES: In this, course, students will learn how to prepare a complete lunch or dinner, where we start with how to make soups (cream of broccoli; clam or seafood chowder, minestrone) then appetizers like clam casino, stuffed mushrooms, nachos, then move to the main meal, where students will have hands-on how to prepare a meal rich in flavor, inexpensive and easy to make (haddock piccata, chicken alfredo, beef stroganoff, shrimp and rice, and veal lemonaise.
