Pre: Co: Elect: 30 MINUTE HEALTHY GOURMET: This course shows studetns that gourmet cooking can be enjoyable as well as healty. Studetns will explore ways to alter fine recipes in a matter of minutes. The recipes will range from appetizers, main dishes to desserts. The recipes are modern adaption of the classics and not intended to be completely authentic. Students should bring $29 to the first class to cover the cost of groceries and related products.
