Pre: Co: Elect: ALL NATURAL VEGETARIAN: If you are interested in reducing your consumption of res, cured and procesed meats, this is the course for you. A great variety of good-tasting and good looking main dishes such as hearty soups, vegetarian main dishes and intriging satisfying vegetable recipes will be offered. This course will concentratr on the lactoovarian (eggs, milk and cheese) and the pescovegetarian (fish) level of vegetarians. Students should bring $23 to the first class to cover the cost of groceries.
