Pre: Co: Elect: JUST DESSERTS: Dessert is a grand finale, a reward for good behavoit and, above all, a fanciful sweet. This course offers a wide range of recipes not beyond the ability of most home cooks. Students will gain confidence, as well as a collection of traditional recipes. A sampling of dishes to be chosen is Chocolate Mousse Cake, French Crepes, Tortes and Pastry. Classes consist of demonstration with class participation. Students should bring $29 to first class for groceries and related products.
