Pre: Co: Elect: WOK COOKING 1: This is a course in the joys of wok cooking and each class will cover a different method. The first class will cover the most popular method, the stir fry. Steaming is the second method. Included in the class is a variety of dumplings such as dim sum and peking raviolis. Deep frying, the third method, will include tempura and spring rools. All three methods result in delicious, easy to prepare delicacies. Students should bring $15 to the first class for groceries and related products.
