Pre: Co: Elect: HEALTHY CAN BE FUN: LOW CHOLESTEROL COOKING: This course shouws students that low fat, low cholesterol cooking can be enjoyable as well as healthy. The focus will range from simple meals and snacks to gourmet treats. Hints and additional features such as herbs and spices will provide a wondrous experience of new taste delights. Students will explore ways to alter favorite family recipes so that family traditions may continue in good health. Students should bring $25 to the first class for groceries and related products.
