Pre: Co: Elect: SPECTACULAR SEAFOOD: This new class features enticing seafood presentations from simple to comples. Old and new recipe favorites will be used to create elegant rntrees and attractive hors d'oeuvres. Shrimp, scallor, and other shellfish, along with sole, swordfish and a variety of other jewels from the sea will be utlized. Students should bring $25 to the first class for groceries and related products.
