Old and new recipe favorites will be used to create elegant rntrees and attractive hors d'oeuvres. Shrimp, scallor, and other shellfish, along with sole, swordfish and a variety of other jewels from the sea will be utlized. Students should bring $25 to the first class for groceries and related products.
