Pre: Co: Elect: BOUNIFUL BUFFETS: This exciting course features hands-on preparation of a different buffet dinner each session. Students will learn cooking, timing and food display techniques for many types of buffetdishes from the simple to the elegant. Cold buffets, hot buffets, a Chinese buffet, a New England buffet, and an elegant holiday extravaganza will be covered, along with proper table setting and appropriate wine selection. Students should bring an apron, and $20 to the first class for groceries and related products.
