Pre: Co: Elect: ASIAN COOKING: Learn the basic ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques of various regions from Asia (Japan, China, Thailand). Demystify exotic flavors, explore new tastes and gain confidence to order in restraunts, to experiment with a new array of ingredients and spices in your own creative cooking and to discover anothe dimension of the culinary art. No special skills are required. Being adventurous is enough. Students shold bring $15 to the first class for grocieries and related products.
