Pre: Co: Elect: JEWELS FROM THE SEA: Shrimp, scallops, lobster, and crab are truly jewels from the sea. Low in calories but fantastically flavorful these four seafoods will be featured alone and in marvelous combinations in this course. Recipes for making easy family meals as well as impressing guests will be provided. Students should bring $25 to the first class for groceries and related products.
