Pre: Co: Elect: This course is a continuation of the original "30-Minute Meals" with new recipes. We will concentrate on quick cooking techniques and culinary short cuts for the busy person. Good fresh ingredients rather than pre-packaged will be used for healthier eating. Also included will be cook-ahead meals, shopping tips, and cooking for the week in one-day, and discussions on freezing foods. Students should bring $25 to the first class for grociers and related products.
