Pre: Co: Elect: BARBECUING: A SUMMER CELEBRATION: This sizzling summer course will cover the use of grills and techniques inoutdoor cooking. The basics of sauces and marinades; cooking in foil; en brochette; and variations in burgers will be discussed. Grilling will cover steaks; including sirloin; marinated hailbut; swordfish; mesquite smoked tuna; and grilled fruits for dessert. Students shold bring $15 to first class for groceries and related products.
