Pre: Co: Elect: COOKING OF ITALY: Here's a tour of Italy without leaving home. Each week students prepare a four course meal from a different region of Italy. Regional wines will be presented to complement the meal along with background for a well informed gourmet experience. Some classics to be included are "Veal Saltimbocca, "Pesto", and "Zabaglione," Students will learn to translate an Italian menu. Lots of participation and sampling the meal at the end of the class. students should bring $20 to the first class for groceries and related products.
