Pre: Co: Elect: Wok cooking is the key to the flavors and textures we associate with Far Eastern foods. You will learn to turn inexpensive, high protein ingredients into delectable low-calorie Chinese meals. Learn about wok cooking, steaming, deep frying, hard-to-find Chinese ingredients and stir-fry techniques. A few of the meals are: Shrimp with Cashew Sauce, Stir-Fried Vegetables, Boiled Rice, Beef and Scallps with Oyster Sauce, Sweet and Sour Pork, Cucumbers with a Peanut Sauce, Hot and Sour Soup, Long Soup, Chinese Steamed Fish, Noodle Salad, and many more. Demonstrations with some participation.
