Pre: Co: Elect: GREEK COOKING: Thsi course covers the basics of Greek cooking and then expands to regional fare. In this sourse we will cover appetizers, soups, salads, meats, poultry, and conclude with desserts. At the end of three weeks you will be able to make any Greek dishes and plan menus using some or all of what you have learned. You will also learn napkin folds and basic garnishing techniques that will make whatever you cook more appetizing and appealing. The classes will include demonstrations with class participation. Students should bring $15 to the first class for groceries and related products.
