Pre: Co: Elect: SEAFOOD SENSATIONS: Learn some fabulous seafood recipes in this class! Eight taught in this session. In addition learn shortcuts and substitutions that do not accent the taste of the dishes. The dishes taught are: Shrimp Scampi, Lobster Newburg, Sole Florentine, Saute Swordfish, Crab Louis, Fried Calamari, Herbed Scallops, and Fish Baked in Parchment Paper. Students should bring $6 to the first class for groceries and related products. If you have taken the Casual Yet Elegant 30-Minute Meals course, please do not take this workshop. Class limited to 15 students.
