Pre: Co: Elect: SOUTHERN ITALIAN COOKING: The joyous foods of sunny southern Italy will be presented in this course. A "hands-on" experience will be provided for students to learn classics such as lemon ice and pizzaola. each week a manu from one of southern Italy's provinces will be presented. Session will concentrate on pasta, vegtables, chicken, veal, fish and fruits. Regional wines and culture will also be discussed. Students should bring $20 to the first class for groceries and related products.
