Pre: Co: Elect: Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art and healthful form of exercise. It has been called a meditation in motion that promotes relaxation, health and longevity. The postures are performed softly and slowly to build your balance, strength and patience. You will learn the Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes. All ages and all levels of experience are welcome. Progress at your own rate. Optional: Students may come to class on Thursdays 9:30-11:00 a.m. and Sundays 10:00-12:00p.m.
