Pre: Co: Elect: COOKING FOR ONE: CREATING A HEALTHY MEAL: For single people of any age, 20 to 90, who want to enjoy food and stay healthy. We will concentrate on special diets for low cholesterol and diabetes. These nutritious recipes are easy to use in your everyday cooking. You will explore ways to alter and cut down to one or two serving recipes, from simple meals and gourmet treats to desserts. Shopping tips and discussions on freezing will also be included. NOTE: Students should bring $15 to the first class to cover the cost of groceries.
