Pre: Co: Elect: LOGIC I: AN INTRODUCTION FOR OLDER ADULTS: Introduction to deductive logic designed to acquaint students with the underlying distinction between valid and invalid arguments. Students will have the opportunity to sharpen their logical skills by applying techniques (developed during the course) to arguments drawn from ordinary language. The student is introduced toboth modern (symbolic) and traditional (Aristolian) logic. All ages are welcome to attend.
