This course provides a comprehensive coverage of the mechanics of international trade. Learn the guidelines in identifying and quantifying market opportunities in a country, recognizing barrier trades, if they exist, establishing a distribution plan for your products, defining resources needed in-house at a company which plans to export and review payment plans available in foreign trade. The importance of risk analysis, international legal contracts and the importance of recognizing and being sensitive to cultural differences will be touched upon.
