This course is for business owners and salespeople who are dependent on their selling and communication skills, so that prospective clients and colleagues believe in your ideas, products, and services. The material will cover the development of one's attitude toward selling as well as fears involved, preparation, personal goal setting, and resistance to change. Focus on the sales pipeline and process, proposals, getting commitments, stalls and objections, and questioning techniques.
