Conflict & Resolution Pre: Co: Conflict is a fact of life. Over the past decade, conflict resolution as a field for academic and professional concern has grown dramatically. This workshop will focus on practical applications, identifying problems, and implementing proven methods to resolve issues. Basic negotiation principles will be used through example and role-playing exercises, helping attendees to establish and develop resourceful skills to improve the probability of success.
