Fostering Leadership Pre: Co: This is a highly interactive seminar/workshop where you will study the basis of leadership and respectful authority. Explore methods to develop the skills needed to foster leadership, look at problems, goals, compromises, consequences, and resolutions. In finding ways to help you seek the resources needed to lead, not only will you strengthen your confidence and ability in yourself to lead, but you will be able to share these strengths with others to do the same.
