Description:

Massachusetts Private Passenger Auto - Points to Ponder Pre: Co: Designed for individuals with a working knowledge of the Massachusetts Private Passenger Automobile Policy. It addresses the 2003 changes with references to both the Manual and the policy. It also discusses, in a "Did You Know...?" section, topics such as: Listing Operators, Deposit Premiums, Residence and Garaging, and Use of Non-owned and Rented Autos. The final section of the course focuses on the Title Law (Chapter 90D, Section 15a), the Seven-day Grace Period (Chapter 90, Section 2), and how they affect interaction between the agent, the insured, and car dealerships. This course has been approved for three credit hours by the Massachusetts Division of Insurance.
