Pre: Co: Elect: A problem employee is one who causes distubances, fails to perform to expected productivity levels and/or adversely affects the operation of a work unit. A manager who sets high standards and takes pride in the achievements of his/her work area cannot afford the extra "baggage" of a problem employee. This workshop will provide insights into the problem employee situation and strategies for dealing with and eliminating the impact of these employees on the work unit. Included will be setting work objectives, confrontation and documentation, counseling, discipline and termination.
