How to be a Mortgage Originator - Barrister Mortgage Training Program. This course will teach you the fundamentals of the mortgage industry from the perspective of a beginnig sales associate. The course will focus on the general organizational structure of a mortgage company, how that structure allows the sales force to maximize their potential, and how to build a successful career with you own strengths. We will also discuss the factors used to determine viable loans, and how to evaluate the proper rate for a borrower.
