Authentic Portuguese Home-Style Cooking This course is designed to delight you with hearty and tasty authentic traditional Portuguese home cooking. A preview of our recipes include kale soup, linguica sausage stew, and sweet rice pudding. Students will become acquainted with essential ingredients such as olives, sausages, massa de pimentao (red pepper paste) and fish that are intrinsic to its flavor. A $65 perishables fee is payable to th e instructor at the first class.
