The Gourmet Chef Pre: Co: Enjoy and create classic dishes from the Italian, Chinese, Asian, Indonesian, and French cuisines. One evening is dedicated to low-fat, gourmet cooking. All classes are hands-on with dinner prepared and served by 9 PM. A $70 perishables fee is payable to the instructor at the first class. Bon Appetit!
