Commercial Appraisal Review Responding to the need for better understanding of appraisal review, this day-long seminar provides an overview of commercial reviewing. Emphasis is given to FIRREA and USPAP requirements. Practical applications of reviewing are emphasized. Participants will become acquainted with current commercial reviewing and techniques. You should attend if you are a banker, appraiser, regulator, agency employee, fee reviewer, consultant, or any individual involved in any phase of review process. Approved by the MA Board of Registration of RE Appraisers and NH Board for 7.5 hours of nonresidential continuing education credit. MBREA members cost $125 with membership verification at the time of registration.
