Appraising the 2-4 Family The 2-4 family appraisal has a set of problems and changes that are unique to it. How do you support your adjustment? Are all of the units legal? Is the income approach applicable? These questions and others will be addressed in this seminar through hands-on exercises as the students are taken through the 2-4 Family Form. Approved by the MA Board of Registration of RE Appraisers for 7.5 hour of nonresidential continuing education credit. MBREA members cost $125 with verification of membership at the time of registration.
