ARGUS Training Seminar ARGUS is a sophisticated financial analysis program designed to analyze present and forecast future cash flows from commercial real estate such as office, retail, industrial, apartment, hotel/motel, and other commercial properties. This seminar is designed for commercial appraisers who have limited experience with ARGUS, as well as those with prior experience who wish to refine their skills. It will review the basic functions, provide an introduction to advanced functions, discuss problem solving ideas, and illustrate common errors through the use of case studies.
