Best Practices- Project Management- PMP/CAPM Exam Prep Pre: Co: This class consists of a series of modules that take you from initiating a project to its closure using the structure of the 9 Knowledge Areas. Combined with the classroom approach that encourages attendee participation and interaction, the use of a series of questions and answers directly support the goals and learning objectives of this class. The net result is that attendees share a learning experience which provides them with a common foundation, vocabulary, and way of approaching and thinking about project management from a best practices standpoint, providing a natural and logical approach and thinking to better prepare them for the PMP or CAPM exam.
