Oraganic and Biodynamic Wines Pre: Co: As the world goes environmentally conscious, so has wine. As organic and biodynamic wines continue to increase in popularity, more producers are converting to organic grape-growing practices. Unfortunately, these wines can be hard to find or identify. During this one-day class, you will learn what makes a wine organic, the differences between organic and biodynamic wines, how to identify them in a retail store, and about sulfites. You will also have the opportunity to compare non-organic with organic and biodynamic wines. A $20 fee is payable to the instrucor in class to cover wine and food.
