Description:

The Wines of Bordeaux Pre: Co: Bordeaux is one of France's most widely known wine regions, producing some of the most sought-after wines in the world. Please join us as we explore it's fascinating history, the grape varieties, how the wines are classified, and what to look for when reading the labels. We will also look at the difference between wines meant for aging and wines meant for immediate consumption. Bring four wine glasses. A $25 fee payable to instructor at first class to cover wine and food. 21 or older to attend.
