Cooking With Herbs Pre: Co: Fresh herbs are vital when enhancing flavor in our foods. Learn to prepare and cook a variety of roasts, stocks, soups, and stews using herbs. Learn which herbs compliment which foods, and learn techniques in planting, growing, harvesting, and cutting herbs. A $50 perishable fee is payable to instructor at the first class.
