Saving Energy in Commercial Buildings Pre: Co: This course will explain examples of special types of buildings and energy uses such as data centers, healthcare, biomedical research, typical industrial facilities, and other types of buildings. We will cover different roles and careers that people have in the world of energy efficiency including doing energy audits, engineering and specifying replacement equipment, repairs, control changes or improvements, designing energy efficiency into new buildings, tracking and management of energy costs, construction and trades, research and development, government and utility energy efficiency program administration, advocacy, and activism.
