Frozen Desserts Pre: Co: Everyone love ice cream during the hot summer months, but it's not the only frozen dessert! Learn to prepare mango-lime granita, watermelon ice, frozen espresso cheese cake, lemon semifreddo cake. And of course, learn how to make vanilla ice cream and chocolate gelato, or even create your own specialty frozen dessert. A $30 perishables fee is payable to the instructor at the first class. Please call (978) 236-1200 at least one week before class for directions.
