Specialty Cakes for all Occasions Pre: Co: Your budget may be smaller but that doesn't mean you can't have special occasion cakes. Learn to be creative and budget conscious with simple techniques to create perfect Italian and French butter cream frosting, lemon and lime curd, and orange cream cheese mouse, all you need for a variety of wonderful cakes, including: a heart-shaped chocolate cake for Valentine's Day; a St. Patrick's Day shamrock cake; or a bunny cake for Easter, and more. A $65 perishables fee is payable to the instructor at the first class. Held at the instructor's home in Lynn. Please call (978) 236-1200 at least one week before class for directions.
