Small Plates Round the World Pre: Co: With today's increased emphasis on health, saving money, and the constant quest for new and interesting ways to entertains; small plates provide a fun and different format. Prepare an array of tidbits including: mushroom tapas; spiced almonds; marinated olives from Spain; Greek meatballs; feta treats from Greece; roasted red peppers; white bean and rosemary crostini/ and code simmered in saffron infused wine from Tuscany. Classes are held at eurostove, Commodore Plaza, 45 Enon Street, (Rte 1A) .A $40 Beverly. A $40 perishables fee is payable to the instructor at the first class.
