Conversations on Diversity Pre: Co: Explore definitions of diversity, multiculturalism and affirmative action and their impact on the workplace. Discussion will focus on topics related to race, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and religion in the workplace. Explore issues of diversity in recruitment, retention, promotion and work assignments. Evaluate cultural backgrounds and how they relate to work. Analyze the role of allies in your past and current life, and learn how to be an ally, not an adversary.
