Organic Cooking Pre: Co: With the increasing use of organic products, cooks often aren't sure of how to best utilize and store these items. In this class we will explore the advantages of organic cooking, test some fabulous fish, meat and vegetable dishes, as well as discuss the best places to purchase organic products. Fall is a time of abundance; come and join us for a great exploration into organic cooking. A $55 perishables fee is payable to the instructor at the first class. Classes are held at Eurstoves, Commodore Plaza, 45 Enon Street (Rte 1A), Beverly, MA.
