Description:

Automated (Airline) Reservations Training Pre: Co: Elect: Utilizing American Airlines' Sabre system, students are introduced to basic automated airline reservations procedures. Computer functions presented include: creating a PNR (Passenger Name Record); changes to existing passenger data; determining flight availability; selling/wait listing flights; fare quoting. Each student is assigned a CRT, providing an optimal level of hands-on training. Instructor clarifies a difficult format and enhances class lectures by directly accessing the "live" American Airlines SABRE System. Typing speed of 20 wpm required. Prerequitie: Travel Agent Training Program. Limit 15.
