Baking Bread Pre: Co: There is nothing like the smell of fresh baked bread. Make a beautiful and simple French bread with just flour, salt, water, and yeast. Move on to flaky layered butter dinner rolls (which can be frozen to serve at your next holiday meal), and more. Of course, the best part is eating the delicious, warm bread with butter! A $65 perishables fee is payable to the instructor at the first class. Held at the instructor's home in Lynn. Please call (978) 236-1200 at least one week before class for directions.
