Project Management: Concepts and Practice Pre: Co: If you are a new project manager, interested in pursuing your Project Management Professional (PMP certification) or wondering how to practice project management in your workplace, this is the course for you. The first session will give an overview of project management concepts and framework. Second session will be more interactive and use exercises and discussions. Learn from the other project managers is the class. Purchase of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK through PMI) is recommended but not required.
