Lunch Box Specialties Pre: Co: Brown bag lunches can be boring! Learn simple ways to create healthy and delicious lunchbox treats for the entire family including: Thai noodle salad with shrimp, whole wheat pitas with roasted vegetables and yogurt dip, grilled chicken salad with honey yogurt dressing. Make lunch more fun with variations on bean dips adding feta and roasted pepper, or black bean with cilantro and garlic. Try healthy and affordable alternatives to processed snack foods. Learn new presentation and packaging ideas! A $30 fee for perishables is payable to the instructor in class. Please call for directions at (978) 236-1200.
