Legal Considerations For the Small Business Pre: Co: This six-week course is designed to give students a working knowledge of common legal issues encountered by businesses. Included are review of legal entities, the laws of torts, contracts, property (including intellectual property), acquisitions, insurance and other legal issues. The objective of this course is not to impart technical legal skills, but rather to improve the business judgment that students will bring to their companies.
