Ethnic Salads Pre: Co: Did you know Caesar salad was invented in Tijuana Mexico? Come and learn how to make a traditional Caesar from scratch, along with: Mexican taco salad, Caribbean shrimp salad, Cobb salad (from Beverly Hills); Green Papaya from Thailand. Learn how to make interesting salads from side dishes and main courses including homemade Middle Eastern taboule, French nicoise, and spicy Chinese noodles. A perishables fee of $25 is payable to the instructor at the first class.
