Light and Easy Healthy Summer Menus Pre: Co: Who wants to cook on a hot summer night? Learn simple, light easy summer menus that will tantalize your senses and keep you trim! Cool down with serriches and gazpachos; delicious salads with fresh summer lettuces and vegetables, paired with lobster, grilled tuna and salmon or chicken with cold vinaigrettes or hot and sweet mustard dressing. Don't forget cool summer desserts like Summer Fruit Crisp, Summer Cherries Jubilee and Chocolate covered Strawberries. Class is taught by Gloria Bakst, food and wellness consultant, author of Zone Perfect Cooking Made Easy and, owner of Balanced Nutritional Lifestyles. Please call a week before class for directions to the offsite location in Lynn. A perishables fee of $60 is payable to the instructor at the first class.
