New! Ethnic Cuisine Pre: Co: Explore the regions of our world's cuisine. Discuss and cook wonderful foods from Thailand, France, Greece, Spain, and Mexico, using ingredients available at your local supermarket. Each class will be a different country, so strap on your apron and let's go traveling!. Please bring your own knives and take-home containers. A perishables fee of $75 is payable to the instructor at the first class.
